Detailed description of the requested work

You can add multiple works to your request by using the "Add job" button, we are asking you to us one job for each damaged location or defective appliance. If you only have one job to schedule, submit your request directly after filling the description field and attaching at least one image.

Please explain as accurately as possible the work to be done. Here are some elements that might be relevant; the location of the damages, the driver or passenger side, the defective appliance, the model and serial number of the appliance, details of the malfunction, the intermittency or consistency of the problem.
